At StyleSparrow.pk, we take pride in offering 100% Original Branded Unstitched Suits. To maintain our quality standards and keep prices affordable, we have a clear policy regarding returns and exchanges.

1. Exchange Policy (No Cash Refunds)

We offer a strict Exchange-Only policy. Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances. Exchanges are only possible if the product you received has a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was sent. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange.

2. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video (No Video = No Claim)

Crucial Rule: Customers are required to record a continuous video while opening the courier parcel for the first time.
The video must clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the product.
Without a clear, unedited parcel opening video, claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items will not be entertained.

3. Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

The fabric must be unstitched and uncut. Once the fabric is shrunk or stitched, it cannot be exchanged.
All original brand tags, packaging, and the invoice must be intact.
The item must be in its original condition (no perfume smells, stains, or signs of wear).

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

Items purchased during a Sale or Clearance event are not eligible for exchange or return unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect. Change of mind is not an acceptable reason for an exchange.

5. Exchange Process & Shipping Costs

Defective/Wrong Item: If StyleSparrow is at fault (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the shipping costs for the exchange.
Customer Preference: If an exchange is approved for any other reason, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping and the redelivery charges.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product within 7-10 working days before processing the exchange.
