1. General Conditions

  • StyleSparrow.pk is an online platform providing 100% original unstitched branded suits. We do not deal in replicas or master copies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only and is subject to change without notice.

2. Product Accuracy & Pricing

  • Originality: We guarantee that all products listed are sourced from original brands (e.g., Gul Ahmed, Sapphire, Alkaram, etc.).
  • Colors: We make every effort to display the colors of our products accurately. However, due to photographic lighting and screen settings, actual colors may vary slightly.
  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Order Confirmation: Your order is only confirmed once we have verified your details via phone or WhatsApp.
  • Payment Methods: Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
  • Shipping Fee: A flat shipping fee of Rs. 230 applies to all orders. Free Shipping is available on orders above Rs. 5,000.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days across Pakistan.
  • StyleSparrow is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies (TCS/Leopards/Trax) or unforeseen circumstances (strikes, weather, etc.).
  • We do not ship outside of Pakistan.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

  • No Cash Refunds: We follow a strict Exchange-Only policy.
  • Parcel Opening Video: It is mandatory for the customer to record a video while opening the parcel. Without a video, claims for damaged or missing items will not be entertained.
  • Condition: Items must be unstitched, uncut, and in their original brand packaging with all tags intact.
  • Shipping Costs: For exchanges, the customer is responsible for both return shipping and the cost of sending the replacement.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • StyleSparrow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Sindh.
